Partial fills with take-profit and stop-loss

• Each part is copied as it fills, at each follower’s multiplier.
• Protection: where the broker allows it, the follower holds the take-profit and stop-loss as one linked OCO bracket. Where a linked bracket can’t be placed, the follower holds one protective order sized to its position, never two loose exits that could both fill.
• Exits, partial exits and scale-ins are copied the same way.
