Replica Technologies S.R.L. · Version 1.0, effective as of 8 October 2026

1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

1.1 These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the contract between you and REPLICA TECHNOLOGIES S.R.L., a limited liability company incorporated under Romanian law, with its registered office in Bucharest, Sector 4, 8 Emil Racoviță Street, Block U1, Entrance 4, Floor 4, Apartment 58, Romania ("Replica", "we", "us"), for the use of the Replica trade copier software, the user portal, the website www.replicacopier.com and all related services (together, the "Service").

1.2 You can reach us by email at support@replicacopier.com, by telephone at +1 512-318-8814, or by post at the registered office address above. Formal notices addressed to us are validly given only by email or by post to these addresses.

1.3 The Risk Disclosure, the Privacy Policy, the Cookies Policy and the Refunds and Right of Withdrawal page published on our website form part of the contract. Where one of those documents and these Terms say different things about the same matter, these Terms apply, except for the processing of personal data, which is governed by the Privacy Policy.

1.4 Some clauses of these Terms apply differently depending on whether you are a consumer, meaning a natural person acting for purposes outside your trade, business or profession, or a business user, meaning any person using the Service for purposes related to a trade, business or profession, including a person trading professionally or through a company. Where a clause applies only to one of these categories, it says so. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

2. What the Service is, and what it is not

2.1 Replica is trade copying software. You choose one trading account as leader and one or more trading accounts as followers. When an order is filled on the leader account, the software sends to each follower account a market order sized according to the multiplier and contract settings you have chosen. The Service also includes account monitoring, a trade journal, performance statistics, risk rule templates and an economic calendar, as described in the documentation published on our website.

2.2 The Essentials (Desktop) plan is a Windows application installed and run on your own computer or on a server you control. Orders are transmitted directly from your device to your broker or trading platform and do not pass through our servers. A cloud-hosted plan is announced on our website as being in development; until it is made available for purchase, these Terms do not create any obligation on our part to provide it, and when it is launched the specific conditions applicable to it will be published before you can subscribe.

2.3 The Service copies only your own trading activity, from a leader account you hold or control to follower accounts you hold or control, according to settings you alone configure. Replica does not decide what, when or how much to trade, does not generate, publish or distribute trading signals, does not rank or recommend traders, strategies or financial instruments, does not manage portfolios, does not receive or transmit orders on behalf of other persons and does not hold, receive or have access to your funds. Replica is not an investment firm, broker, adviser or fiduciary and does not provide investment services or ancillary services within the meaning of Law no. 126/2018 on markets in financial instruments and Directive 2014/65/EU, such as the reception and transmission of orders, the execution of orders on behalf of clients, portfolio management or investment advice.

2.4 Nothing on our website, in the software, in our documentation, on our Discord server or in communications with our support team constitutes investment advice, a personal recommendation, an invitation to trade or an assurance of any trading result. Figures, charts, videos and examples shown for illustration may be simulated, and are not a forecast of what your accounts will do.

2.5 The Risk Disclosure explains the main risks of trading futures and other leveraged instruments and the specific risks of copying orders across several accounts. You should read it before you connect a live account.

3. Eligibility

3.1 You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old, or older where the age of majority in your country is higher, have full legal capacity to enter into a contract, and are not subject to sanctions or other restrictions under Romanian law, European Union law, United States law or the law of your country of residence which would prohibit you from using software of this kind.

3.2 You must hold, or be entitled to use, in your own name or in the name of an entity you are authorised to represent, the trading accounts you connect to the Service, including evaluation and funded accounts made available to you by proprietary trading firms, opened with brokers, trading platforms or proprietary trading firms of your choice. Replica does not provide trading accounts, market data or access to any exchange.

3.3 The Service is offered to natural persons acting in their own name. A company or other legal entity may use the Service only on the basis of a separate written agreement with Replica; a person who concludes such an agreement on behalf of an entity confirms that he or she is authorised to bind it, and references to "you" then include that entity.

4. Your Replica account

4.1 To use the Service you need a Replica account, created in the user portal on the basis of accurate and complete information, which you must keep up to date. Each person or entity may hold a single Replica account, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

4.2 Your Replica login is personal. You must not share it, sell it or allow another person to use the Service through it, and you must inform us without delay at support@replicacopier.com if you suspect that someone else has obtained access to it. You are responsible for the actions carried out through your account, except where they result from a breach of security on our side.

4.3 The credentials, tokens and API keys you use to connect your broker and platform accounts are stored in encrypted form on your own device. Tradovate is the exception: when you connect it, the access token Tradovate issues is passed once through our server to complete the sign-in, and a copy is kept encrypted on our server, for at most 72 hours at a time, only to keep your Tradovate session renewed automatically while you are away. ProjectX and Rithmic credentials never leave your device. Keeping your device, operating system and backups secure is your responsibility. Where a platform allows a choice of access permissions, you should grant the software only the permissions needed to read positions and place orders, and never permissions to withdraw or transfer funds.

5. Subscription, price and payment

5.1 Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis. The plans available, their content, the billing periods and the prices are those displayed on the pricing page and at checkout at the time of your order. Prices are stated in United States dollars. Any VAT or sales tax due in your country is calculated by our reseller (clause 5.4) and shown on the payment page before you pay, and is added to the price. If the way taxes are applied changes, any resulting change of the price applies only in accordance with clause 5.7.

5.2 To conclude the contract you create a Replica account in the user portal, choose a plan and billing period, read these Terms and the documents referred to in clause 1.3, tick the boxes by which you accept them and, where applicable, the boxes described in clauses 6.3 and 20.1, and press the "Continue" button. Before pressing that button you see a summary of your order, showing the plan, the price, the billing period, the date of the first payment, the automatic renewal and how to cancel it, and you can go back and change your choice. You then enter your payment method on the secure payment page of our reseller (clause 5.4), which shows the total price including any taxes, and you place your order with an obligation to pay by pressing that page's final payment button. The contract is concluded in English. Replica has not adhered to any code of conduct.

5.3 The contract is concluded when the payment page confirms your order. Our reseller sends you the order confirmation and receipt by email without delay. We keep an electronic record of the contract, including the version of these Terms you accepted and the boxes you ticked, and you can consult the version of the Terms in force at any time on our website and in the user portal; earlier versions remain available on request.

5.4 Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Stripe (shown on the payment page as "Link"), which acts as merchant of record for all orders: it processes the payment, calculates and collects any taxes due, issues the receipt and handles payment-related questions and refunds together with us. We do not receive or store your full card details. By placing an order you authorise our reseller to charge the payment method you provided with the subscription price, plus any taxes due, at the start of each billing period.

5.5 The subscription renews automatically for successive periods equal to the one you chose, at the price in force on the renewal date, until you cancel it. You may cancel at any time from the subscription settings in the user portal or by writing to support@replicacopier.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid, and you keep access to the Service until then. We will remind consumers by email of an upcoming renewal of any subscription with a billing period longer than one month, at least 7 days before the renewal date. If you are a consumer resident in the United States, we also send you, at least once a year, a reminder stating the plan, the amount and frequency of the charges and how to cancel, and we keep a record of your consent to the automatic renewal.

5.6 If we offer a free trial, its length and conditions are shown at checkout before you place the order. We may ask for a payment method when the trial begins. At the end of the trial the subscription becomes payable and the first payment is taken, unless you cancel before the trial ends. We inform you clearly at checkout, before you are bound, of the date on which the first payment will be taken and of the amount. A free trial is offered once per person and per payment method; creating additional accounts to obtain further trials is a breach of these Terms.

5.7 We may change the prices of our plans. A change does not affect the billing period already paid. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before a new price applies to your subscription, and you may cancel before the renewal date if you do not accept it. If you do not cancel, the new price applies from the next billing period.

5.8 If a payment fails, we will inform you and may attempt the payment again. If the amount remains unpaid for more than 7 days after our notice, we may suspend access to the Service until the payment is made. Before contesting a charge with your bank, please contact us so that we can look into the problem; this does not limit any right you have under the rules of your payment instrument.

6. Refunds and right of withdrawal

6.1 Payments made for a billing period are not refunded for the period in which you have had access to the Service, including where you cancel during the period, where you did not use the Service, or where you are dissatisfied with your trading results. This clause applies without prejudice to the right of withdrawal, to the remedies for lack of conformity set out in Section 8 and to the other cases in which these Terms or the law provide for a refund.

6.2 If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason and without incurring any cost other than those provided by law. The period runs from the day the contract is concluded, including where the subscription starts with a free trial; the conversion of the trial into a paid subscription and the automatic renewals continue the same contract. Consumers resident elsewhere have the rights given to them by the mandatory law of their country of residence.

6.3 The Service is a digital service that we provide immediately after your order. Because of this, a consumer who has the right of withdrawal can place an order only together with an express request to start the Service during the withdrawal period, made at checkout by ticking a separate box which is not pre-ticked, confirming that you know you will lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. We record your request and acknowledgment with your order. If you withdraw after the performance has begun but before it has been completed, you will pay an amount proportionate to the part of the Service provided up to the moment you informed us of your withdrawal, calculated on the basis of the total price agreed, and we will reimburse the rest.

6.4 To exercise the right of withdrawal, you may use the withdrawal function available in the user portal throughout the withdrawal period, labelled "Withdraw from contract here", which allows you to state your name, identify the contract and indicate the email address to which the confirmation should be sent, and then to send your statement by pressing the "Confirm withdrawal" button. The function shows you at once a confirmation stating the content of your withdrawal and the date and time it was sent, which you can save or print. You may also send us any other unequivocal statement before the period expires, by email to support@replicacopier.com or by post to our registered office, including by using the model withdrawal form published on the Refunds and Right of Withdrawal page. We confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email without delay. We will reimburse the amounts due without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same means of payment you used, without any fee. Your access to the Service ends when the withdrawal takes effect.

6.5 Outside the cases in which a refund is owed, we may, at our discretion and in light of the circumstances, grant a full or partial refund, for example a one-time courtesy refund, or an extension of the subscription. Such a gesture does not create an obligation for the future, either towards you or towards other users.

7. Licence to use the software

7.1 While your subscription is active and you comply with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to install the software on devices you control and to use it for copying trades between your own accounts. The software is licensed to you, not sold, and all rights not expressly granted remain with Replica.

7.2 You may not, directly or through another person: copy, modify, translate or create derivative works from the software, except within the limits expressly permitted by law; decompile, disassemble or attempt to obtain the source code, except within the limits expressly permitted by law for interoperability; remove or circumvent licence checks, signature checks or other technical protection measures; rent, lend, resell, sublicense or otherwise make the software or the Service available to third parties, whether for payment or free of charge; use the software to copy trades to or from accounts that belong to or are managed for other persons; use the software or its output to develop or benchmark a competing product.

7.3 Access to the software is verified through your Replica account. When the subscription ends, is cancelled or is suspended, the licence ends or is suspended accordingly: the software no longer opens new copied positions, while closing, reducing and flattening positions remain possible in the session already running so that you are never locked into a position, and the software does not start copying again until the subscription is active. Updates are distributed digitally and are installed only if they bear our digital signature; some updates may be necessary for the software to keep working with brokers and platforms.

8. Conformity of the Service

8.1 We provide the Service with the functionality described in the documentation on our website at the time of your order, as that functionality is updated from time to time in accordance with these Terms.

8.2 If you are a consumer, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and digital services, including the right to receive the updates needed to keep the Service in conformity during the subscription. If the Service is not in conformity, you are entitled to have it brought into conformity within a reasonable time and free of charge and, where the law so provides, to a proportionate price reduction or to terminate the contract; on termination we refund the part of the price corresponding to the period in which the Service was not in conformity and the part paid in advance for the remaining period. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits these rights.

8.3 We inform you of each available update, including security updates, and of the consequences of not installing it. We are not responsible for a lack of conformity resulting solely from your failure to install, within a reasonable time, an update we have made available to you, provided that the failure is not due to shortcomings in the installation instructions we supplied. We provide updates for the entire duration of your subscription.

8.4 If you are a business user, the Service is provided as it is and as available, and we give no warranty other than those expressly stated in these Terms. In particular, we do not warrant that the Service will operate without interruption or error, that it will work with every broker, platform or account type, or that it will meet requirements you have not communicated to us and we have not accepted in writing.

8.5 Whatever category you belong to, copying trades depends on elements outside our control: the operation and rules of brokers, platforms and exchanges, market liquidity, your internet connection, your hardware and operating system, and the settings you choose. A copied order may therefore be executed at a price different from that of the leader, only partially, late, or not at all, and the software may, by design, decline to copy an order when it cannot reliably read the state of a follower account. Such situations, where they are not caused by a defect of the software, do not constitute a lack of conformity.

9. Your responsibilities when trading

9.1 All trading decisions are yours: the choice of the leader and follower accounts, the instruments, the size of positions, the multipliers, the contract settings and the moment you trade. You must test your configuration, preferably on a demo account or with a minimum position, before using it on live or funded accounts.

9.2 The software assists with copying; it does not replace your supervision. While copying is active you must monitor your accounts, positions, working orders and connection status, and be able to intervene directly on your broker's platform. The risk rules you record in the Risk Management section only monitor your accounts unless you switch on "Enforce" for an account; this switch is off by default. With Enforce on, when a daily rule is reached (daily loss limit, daily profit target or number of trades) the software cancels the account's working orders, closes all its positions and keeps it closed until the rules reset, and when a per-trade rule is broken (maximum contracts or a blocked symbol) it closes only the position that breaks the rule. Enforcement depends on the software running and on your broker accepting the orders; the limits of your broker or proprietary trading firm remain the ones that count.

9.3 Proprietary trading firms and brokers impose their own rules, which may restrict or prohibit copy trading, trading the same strategy across several accounts, automated trading or the use of third-party software, and may change those rules without notice. Before connecting an evaluation or funded account, you must check whether your use of the Service complies with the rules of the relevant firm or broker. The fact that a firm or platform is mentioned on our website as compatible describes technical compatibility only and does not mean that the firm allows copy trading on your account.

9.4 You are responsible for complying with the legal and regulatory obligations that apply to your trading activity in your country, including tax obligations.

10. Acceptable use

10.1 You may not use the Service for market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing or any other practice prohibited by Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 on market abuse or by the market abuse rules applicable to the relevant exchange; to circumvent or breach the rules of a broker, platform, exchange or proprietary trading firm; to copy trades for accounts held by other persons or to provide a signal, copy or account management service to others; to test the vulnerability of, overload or disrupt our systems; to impersonate another person or to suggest a relationship with Replica that does not exist.

10.2 If we have reasonable grounds to believe that this Section has been breached, we may investigate and take the measures provided in Section 15.

11. Liability

11.1 Replica is liable for the damage it causes by breaching its obligations under these Terms, within the limits set out in this Section. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for death or injury to a person, for liability for defective products under the legislation transposing Directive (EU) 2024/2853, where applicable, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the applicable law.

11.2 Replica is not liable for losses which it has not caused, in particular losses resulting from market movements and from your trading decisions; from the configuration you chose or from your failure to supervise your accounts as required by Section 9; from the operation, outage, rejection of orders, change of interface or change of rules of brokers, platforms, exchanges, data providers or proprietary trading firms; from the failure of your hardware, operating system, internet connection or power supply; from the use of the Service in breach of these Terms; from the loss or disclosure of credentials stored on your device, where it is not due to a defect of the software.

11.3 If you are a business user, and except for the cases in clause 11.1: (a) Replica is not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, missed trades, loss of an evaluation, of a funded account or of a payout, or loss of data and (b) Replica's total liability for all claims arising from or in connection with the contract is limited to the amount of the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. You acknowledge that these limitations have been taken into account in setting the price of the Service.

11.4 If you are a consumer, clause 11.3 does not apply to you, and Replica is liable in accordance with the applicable law for the foreseeable damage it causes through breach of its obligations.

11.5 If you are a business user, you will compensate Replica for the damage and reasonable costs, including legal fees, incurred as a result of claims by third parties arising from your breach of these Terms or of the law, or from your trading activity. We will inform you promptly of any such claim and allow you to take part in the defence. If you are a consumer, you are liable towards Replica under the general rules of the law.

12. Personal data

12.1 We process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, why, on what legal basis, for how long we keep it, to whom we disclose it and what rights you have. Broker and platform credentials remain on your device and are not processed by us, except for the Tradovate access token described in clause 4.3.

12.2 The software sends to our servers the data needed to verify your subscription and, where you use these features, your profile (username, name, bio, social links, profile picture and banner), your application preferences and the Tradovate access token described in clause 4.3, so that they follow you across devices. A diagnostic report containing activity logs and your order and fill history is sent to us only when you choose to send it from the Support section; passwords and keys are removed from it before sending, and it is deleted automatically after 7 days.

12.3 We may produce aggregated statistics about the operation of the Service, such as replication speed or error rates, which do not identify you or any other person, and use them to maintain and improve the Service.

13. Intellectual property

13.1 The software, its source and object code, documentation, interfaces, design, the Replica name and logo and all other elements of the Service are protected by copyright, trade mark law and other intellectual property rights belonging to Replica or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any of these rights to you, other than the licence in Section 7.

13.2 If you send us suggestions or ideas for improving the Service, you allow us to use them free of charge and without any obligation towards you, without this giving us any right over your personal data or your trading activity.

13.3 The names and trade marks of brokers, platforms and proprietary trading firms mentioned on our website or in the software belong to their owners and are used only to identify compatibility. Unless expressly stated otherwise, their mention does not imply any partnership with, endorsement by or affiliation with Replica.

14. Third-party services

14.1 The Service works only together with services provided by third parties that are not under our control, such as brokers, trading platforms, market data providers, proprietary trading firms and your internet service provider. Your relationship with each of them is governed by the terms you agreed with them, and it is your responsibility to maintain those accounts and subscriptions.

14.2 A third party may change its interface, restrict access or stop supporting connections of the kind the software uses. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility with the platforms listed on our website, but we cannot guarantee that a given platform will remain supported. If a platform that was listed as supported at the date of your order ceases to be supported, you may terminate the subscription, and if you are a consumer we will refund the part of the price corresponding to the unused portion of the billing period.

15. Suspension and termination

15.1 You may terminate the contract at any time by cancelling the subscription, in accordance with clause 5.5.

15.2 We may suspend access to the Service or terminate the contract, by written notice sent to the email address of your account, if you seriously breach these Terms, in particular Sections 7 and 10, if you do not pay the price within the period in clause 5.8, or if continuing to provide the Service would expose us to a breach of the law or of a decision of a competent authority. Except where the breach is serious and requires immediate action, we will first ask you to remedy it within a reasonable period.

15.3 We may also terminate the contract for other reasons, with at least 30 days' written notice. In this case, and in the case of discontinuation of the Service, we will refund the part of the price corresponding to the unused portion of the billing period.

15.4 When the contract ends, the licence ends, the software stops copying trades and you must disconnect your accounts and uninstall it. The clauses which by their nature are intended to apply after the contract ends, including Sections 11, 13 and 18, remain in force.

16. Changes to the Service and to these Terms

16.1 We may modify the Service beyond what is needed to keep it in conformity only for a valid reason, namely to adapt it to changes in the interfaces, rules or technical requirements of brokers, platforms and exchanges, to address security risks, to comply with the law or with decisions of competent authorities, or to improve its performance and functionality. Such modifications are made at no extra cost to you, and we inform you of them clearly. If a modification negatively affects, in a way that is not minor, your access to or use of the Service, we will inform you in advance, by email, of its features and date and of your right to terminate the contract, and, if you are a consumer, you may terminate the contract free of charge within 30 days of receiving that information or of the modification, whichever is later, in which case we refund the part of the price paid in advance for the remaining period. This right does not arise if we allow you to keep, at no extra cost, the Service without the modification, and it remains in conformity.

16.2 We may amend these Terms for legal, regulatory, security or technical reasons, or to reflect changes to the Service. We will inform you of material amendments by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not accept them, you may terminate the contract before they take effect, without any cost. Amendments do not apply to a billing period already paid, unless they are required by law or are exclusively in your favour.

17. Force majeure

17.1 Neither party is liable for failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations where this is caused by an event beyond its control, which it could not reasonably foresee when the contract was concluded and whose consequences it could not avoid, such as natural disasters, war, acts of public authorities, large-scale cyber attacks, or general outages of electricity, internet or hosting infrastructure. The affected party will inform the other without delay. The obligations are suspended for the duration of the event, and if it lasts more than 30 days either party may terminate the contract, in which case the unused part of the price paid is refunded.

18. Applicable law and disputes

18.1 These Terms and the contract are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, in accordance with Article 6(2) of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I) this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of that country.

18.2 Please contact us first at support@replicacopier.com, so that we can try to settle any complaint amicably. We will reply within 15 days. If you are a consumer and your complaint cannot be settled in this way, we will inform you in writing, by email, of the possibility of addressing an alternative dispute resolution entity.

18.3 If you are a consumer, you may address the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, www.anpc.ro) or an alternative dispute resolution entity, in accordance with Government Ordinance no. 38/2015; information on these entities and on how to submit a complaint is available at www.anpc.ro/ce-este-sal. Consumers resident in another Member State of the European Union may obtain assistance from the European Consumer Centre Romania (www.eccromania.ro) or the European Consumer Centre in their country.

18.4 Disputes with business users are settled by the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania, which the parties choose in accordance with Article 25 of Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012. Disputes with consumers are settled by the competent courts determined in accordance with the law; a consumer may always bring proceedings before the courts of the place where he or she is domiciled, and Replica may bring proceedings against a consumer domiciled in a Member State of the European Union only before the courts of that Member State, in accordance with Article 18 of Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012.

18.5 If you are resident in the United States and to the extent permitted by the law applicable to you, you agree that any claim against Replica will be brought individually and not as a plaintiff or member in a class, collective or representative action.

19. Final provisions

19.1 We communicate with you electronically, by email to the address of your account and through the user portal, and you agree that such communications satisfy any requirement of written form, except where the law requires otherwise. We send you commercial communications by email only if you have given your prior express consent, which you may withdraw at any time, free of charge, using the link in each message or from the settings of your account.

19.2 These Terms, together with the documents referred to in clause 1.3, represent the entire agreement between you and Replica concerning the Service. If a clause is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the other clauses remain in force, and the invalid clause is replaced, to the extent the law allows, by a valid clause as close as possible to its purpose.

19.3 You may not transfer the contract to another person without our written consent. We may transfer the contract to a company that takes over the Service, provided that your rights are not diminished, and we will inform you of the transfer.

19.4 The fact that we do not insist on your compliance with a clause at a given moment does not mean that we waive that clause.

19.5 These Terms are currently available in English only. If we publish a Romanian version, both versions will have the same legal value and, if you are a consumer and the two versions differ, the version more favourable to you applies.

19.6 The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (Vienna, 1980) does not apply to the contract.

20. Express acceptance of certain clauses

20.1 By ticking a separate box displayed at checkout, distinct from the box by which you accept these Terms, you declare that you have read and expressly accept, in accordance with Article 1203 of the Romanian Civil Code, the following clauses, which limit Replica's liability, allow Replica to terminate the contract or to suspend performance, provide for the tacit renewal of the contract, restrict your freedom to contract with other persons, or establish the applicable law and the jurisdiction of courts: clauses 5.5 (automatic renewal), 5.6 (conversion of the free trial into a paid subscription), 6.1 (refunds), 7.2 (restrictions on the use of the software), 8.4 (Service as it is, for business users), 11.2, 11.3 and 11.5 (liability and indemnity), 15.2 and 15.3 (suspension and termination), 16 (changes), 18.1 (applicable law) and 18.4 and 18.5 (jurisdiction and individual claims). We keep an electronic record of this acceptance.
