When something looks wrong
A trade was not copied
The usual reasons, in the order to check them.
- Was Replica open? Copying only runs while the app is open. A fill that happened while it was closed is not replayed.
- Is the follower on, and the group enabled? Check the group in Cockpit.
- Is the connection connected? Check its status in Connections.
- Did the follower skip the contract? If a follower cannot trade the matching contract (for example no Mini version exists), it skips the trade and logs why.
- Is the follower paused? If an order's outcome was unclear, that follower pauses and resumes by itself once the broker shows it flat with no working orders.
- Did a risk rule lock it? An account locked by Enforce stays locked until the 17:00 Chicago reset.
