Micro and mini contracts

Copy NQ as MNQ, or MNQ as NQ, and cap the size per follower.

Each follower trades one of these:

Leader's contract: the same instrument the leader traded.
Micro: NQ on the leader becomes MNQ on the follower.
Mini: MNQ on the leader becomes NQ on the follower.

You can also cap a follower with Max Minis or Max Micros. If a follower cannot trade the matching contract, it skips that trade and the skip is logged.
